Aged 47, David was at the top of his much loved career when he suffered a fatal heart attack on Saturday 15th January 2005. He is greatly missed by his family, friends and colleagues around the world.

Volume 5: These characters are relatives of commonly known cartoons and the tiger to fill out Pooh's friends. At the end of the DVD David shows how to attach the cartoon heads to hats. They are very nice. David uses 260s, 160s, 350s, 5" Round, and Blossoms on this tape. Contents: Cartoon Canary, Cartoon Cat, Cartoon Tiger, Road Runner, Cartoon Mouse, Mrs Mouse, Cartoon Hats, Balloon Eyes, The Magic Pipe.
